A family friendly event open to everyone to help Ducks Unlimited Canada conserve and protect wetlands which include marshes, bogs, fens and swamps. These are ecological powerhouses which deliver an impressive collection of benefits such as clean water, habitat for wildlife, flood and drought prevention, protection from sea-level rise, climate change mitigation and recreation. Entry fees and donations will help create a healthier future with clean water, abundant wildlife and outdoor spaces to enjoy!

• Fee: 13 – $30 / 5-12 – $15 / under 5 – Free (no dogs please).
• Missed the deadline? – you can register day of event  – 9:00-9:30 AM – cash payment only.
• Assembly and check-in – 9:30 AM / Start: 10:00 AM
• Can’t come but want to support conservation? – donations accepted for the run until June 30, 2024

Route will start at Gardner Park, follow Discovery Trail, include Fishtrap Park and return to start at the Pavilion at Gardner Park. Route – 3.7 km. Route will be well marked and is for the most part paved with volunteer guidance at key locations. Washrooms, water station available, stay longer and enjoy the kids play area.
