Join us on Tuesday August 26th from 2-4 PM at Abbotsford’s Sikh Heritage Museum in the lower level of the Gur Sikh Temple, National Historic Site. From 2-3 PM absorb the important role photography plays in preserving and documenting our history as well as a lesson by professional photographer Gibi Saini on how to improve your photography craft using your mobile phone, or digital camera! From 3-4PM roam around the grounds of the National Historic Site, putting your lessons into practice by taking photos of the Historic Temple under the guidance of Gibi Saini. During this time, the Museum’s current exhibit on Chandra Bodalia’s Legacy: The History and Heritage of Gurdwara’s in BC will be open for viewing!

All participants must bring their own mobile phone camera and/or a digital camera in order to participate. The lesson will be catered toward these two photographic devices.
