Mindful Mornings for youth ages 12 – 18

Location: Youth Centre at ARC

Start each day with stretching and breathing exercises to set the tone for our mindful activities which will include games, art expression and fun in the great outdoors.

The program ends at noon – but, stay as long as you want – our drop in youth centre is free  for youth ages 12 – 18 and is open from 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm every weekday at ARC.
